Mulitple requirements for an IT (Cloud Based) firm at Rajajinagar in Bangalore!! :) :)

Industry: one of the reputed companies engaged in the activity of Data Analytics, Consulting and Training ; Based at Infantry Road (with another work station at Mysore). Since, it’s a start up, as of now they are working 6 days a week, they would revisit their working schedules in course of time.

I've mentioned the criteria below:

Should  be  a  BE  (IS/CS)  or  MCA  having  extensive experience  on  SQL  server  /  Reporting  or  Business  Intelligence  /  Data  relating  to  data  queries, data mining with sound knowledge of SSIS (SQL  Server Integration Services)  / SSRS (SQL  Server Reporting Services). Should be capable of data analysis for business analytics, understanding the nature of business of the clients. Experience base of 3-5 years would be ideal for this position on the  above  assignments. 

BE (IS/CS) or MCA having worked extensively on SAP HANA for 7-8 years. Preference  to candidates who have  installed,  maintained and improved performances  of  Databases  like  SQL  Server,  Oracle,  DB2,  etc.  Candidates  involved  in  IT Administration  in  any  of  the  above  technologies  are  probable  candidates.

Graduate  electronics  engineer  (Instrumentation Engineer  /  E&E  /  E&C)with  working  experience  on  PLC  ladders  /  SCADA  and  other  tools  for automation  segment.  Should  have  capability  of  understanding  the  machine  operations  and prepare the logics for data acquisition and trouble shooting. Should be capable of conceiving the machine interface with activity cycle in Logics and Controllers.  Should be willing to visit client sites, either in India or abroad based on the need. Should have a valid passport..

BE  (CS  /  IS)  -  Engineers  with  MBA  in  Operations Research. The position calls for interacting with customers and understanding their operations in-depth and work out the needs of efficiency enhancement through data analytics. Should be capable of understanding the processes in line with  some of the latest trends (Six Sigma, EFQM, Lean Management, CII-EXIM Business Excellence Model, etc) and should assess the potential for bringing in improvements. Should have high acumen in business strategies and latest tools for tracking operating plans to put in line with business goals. Should be capable of taking over from the CEO and direct other managers towards customer centric business analytics.

Graduate with MBA having worked for a year or two in  a  corporate  environment  assisting  the  top  management  team  in  functional  coordination, client  meets,  client  meet  preparations,  preparation  of  PPTs,  data  collection  and  collation  for board  and  downwards.  Should  have  a  high  degree  of  zeal  and  energy  to  interact  with  high caliber  and  requires  a  high  degree of  common  sense  to  execute varied  assignments  including administrative  functions.  Should  have  a  very  good  communication  with  pleasing  presentation skills  and  conversant  with  IT  working  environment. 

Ideal  candidate  would  be  a  graduate  with  an  MBA  / MSW  /  PG in HR. Should have knowledge in basic skills of recruitment and selection, post hiring activities  of  induction  and  monitoring,  training  administration,  compensation  structuring, benefits (Insurance, Taxation, Facilities etc), employee engagement activities and organizing for delighting the teams, Performance Management and Statutory needs. Working experience of 2-3 years in HR and Administration desirable. Exposure computerized working essential and would require preparation of power point slides for training assignments.
Remuneration is not a constraint to the right candidate.
